How Google Drive Kills MS Office

Google Drive Office
My desktop computer has a Microsoft Office version and I’m using the software for creating documents, PowerPoint presentation and Spreadsheets. The software is a starter version and if you want to upgrade to Office 2013  Standalone versions: prices are $139.99 (Home & Student), $219.99 (Home & Business), $399.99 (Professional). Okay, That’s too much for me and beside I am only using the basic functionality of MS Office. Creating simple documents and presentation for my business saving and tracking data using MS Excel. I don’t need an
expensive productivity software and besides the Starter Version is running and ads.
Looking for a something to replace MS Office I logged in to my Google account and added Google Drive. The application or the bookmarks consist of the following tools: Documents, Presentation, Spreadsheet, Forms, Drawing and other apps.

Documents: Just like MS Office Word it has File Edit View Insert Tools Table and Help – Changing the font size and having a work space document of Google Chrome Browser.

Presentation: Creating a PowerPoint presentation is easy Themes, adding background and layout are available.

Spreadsheets: Having you Excel document is handy with the Drive Spreadsheet. Formulas, Chart and filters are available.

Form: Google Drive form is a tool on creating online survey I even use  Google form for my website.

Drawing: A tool on creating an image

Although most of feature is the same with MS Office Goggle Drive will only work if you have an Internet Connection it is relying on Chrome browser.
Good thing about Google Drive and how it kills MS Office:
-Word documents can be open on the browser – No need to install MS Office
-Online Storage – Saving the Drive on line is fast and easy to access, Never worry about data loss.
-Accessible anytime all the time – Internet is required and just log on to Gmail account for Google Drive application.
-Free just register and use the apps
